• Monitor accounts receivable, enforce payment terms, and analyze SKU performance.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• 2+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Route Supervisor in FMCG/distribution.
• Proven ability to lead field teams, enforce discipline, and drive KPI achievement.
• Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and route planning software.
