📦 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Confirm incoming web orders via phone, verifying delivery addresses, access constraints (elevators, large items), and timelines.
• Consult customers on stock availability, backorder timelines, and alternative product recommendations.
• Manage the CRM (Bitrix24/Salesforce): updating client cards, tracking statuses, and logging notes.
• Coordinate with logistics partners (FedEx, UPS, local freight) to track shipments and resolve delays.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and escalate complex warranty issues to senior management.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• 6+ months of customer service or e-commerce support experience.
• Clear, articulate phone presence with a calm, professional tone.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, messengers, and high-volume order processing.
