🏢 **About Us:** An official multi-brand automotive dealership in Detroit, MI, is hiring a Sales Consultant to join our new vehicle showroom team.
🔑 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Greet showroom visitors, assess their needs, budget, and desired features, and guide them through the lot.
• Organize and conduct professional test drives, highlighting vehicle performance and tech features.
• Present F&I (Finance & Insurance) options, accessories, and aftermarket protection packages.
• Manage the CRM pipeline, follow up on warm leads, and guide the buyer through the purchase paperwork.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• 1+ year of sales experience (automotive preferred, but high-ticket B2B or real estate is highly valued).
• Ability to explain technical specs clearly and negotiate calmly without high-pressure tactics.
• Impeccable grooming, professional communication, and a valid driver's license with a clean record.
