🍟 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Operate the main POS during peak hours: process high-volume orders, apply loyalty discounts, and manage combo upsells.
• Supervise 2–4 cashiers: manage break rotations, handle customer escalations, and ensure service speed.
• Execute mid-shift and end-of-shift cash reconciliations, Z-reports, and secure cash drops.
• Train new hires on POS operation, customer service standards, and food safety protocols.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• 6+ months of cashier or shift lead experience in retail, QSR, or gas stations.
• High accuracy in cash handling and a commitment to balanced end-of-day reports.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient during rush hours (lunch, Friday evenings).
