📦 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Manage a team of 5 sales reps: assign B2B/B2C accounts, set daily targets, and monitor performance.
• Personally negotiate with VIP clients (repair shops, fleet operators, used car dealers) on pricing and credit terms.
• Liaise with international suppliers (Turkey, China, EU) on purchase orders, lead times, and claims.
• Analyze warehouse inventory turnover, manage markdowns, and enforce pricing discipline.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• 2+ years of sales management experience (auto parts industry is a massive plus).
• Deep understanding of the aftermarket: OEM vs. OE vs. Aftermarket, part number cross-referencing.
• Proficiency in ERP/1C systems and B2B negotiation strategies.
