🏢 **About Us:** A rapidly scaling SaaS company in Austin, TX, providing manufacturing ERP solutions for SMEs across the US and Europe, is hiring a Head of Sales to build and lead our revenue engine.

🚀 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Build, hire, and mentor a high-performing team of 5–7 Account Executives.
• Design and optimize sales scripts, demo workflows, and objection-handling frameworks (SPIN/Challenger).
• Own the CRM (HubSpot) pipeline: track conversion rates, analyze drop-off points, and forecast monthly revenue.
• Personally close enterprise-tier deals and partner with Marketing to improve inbound lead quality.

🎓 **Requirements:**
• 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience.
• Deep understanding of the SaaS sales cycle, metric-driven management, and CRM administration.
• Fluent English (B1+ minimum) to support our expanding European client base.
