• Process warm and hot inbound leads (web requests, chat inquiries, policy renewals) — zero cold calling.
• Assess client needs: auto/home/life insurance requirements, credit card preferences, and cashback goals.
• Present tailored financial products: explain deductibles, coverage limits, and bank partner benefits.
• Guide clients through 100% digital onboarding and policy issuance via our secure client portal.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• 6+ months of phone sales or customer service experience (financial services is a plus).
• Natural conversationalist who can build rapport without sounding scripted.
• Quiet, dedicated home office space with stable high-speed internet.
