📈 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Manage and grow existing B2B accounts: construction firms, contractor crews, and building material retailers.
• Drive new business acquisition via cold outreach, site visits, and office presentations.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate volume discounts, and coordinate shipping logistics.
• Handle pricing and quality objections by benchmarking against competitors and highlighting technical superiority.
• Manage accounts receivable: send reminders, negotiate payment schedules, and enforce credit terms.
• Maintain CRM records and generate weekly reports on shipments and new contracts.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• 1+ year of B2B sales experience in construction materials, coatings, or insulation.
• Technical literacy: ability to explain the differences between primer types and material applications.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites (company vehicle or mileage reimbursement provided).
• High self-discipline: this role blends office work with field sales, evaluated purely on revenue results.
