🏢 **About Us:** A top-tier residential developer in Miami, FL, is hiring a Sales Consultant for our active project pipeline. We currently have two active communities: one nearing completion (move-in ready) and one in early pre-construction (investor pricing). Both are in high demand.

🔑 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Be the first point of contact for inbound leads (calls, web inquiries): assess needs, budget, floor plan preferences, and investment goals.
• Invite prospects to site tours: host walkthroughs of the construction site or the fully furnished model units.
• Present the community: infrastructure, building materials, energy efficiency, developer reputation, and delivery timelines.
• Match clients with available units, calculate pricing with current promotions and installment plans.
• Advise on financing: cash purchases, developer installment plans, and partner bank mortgages.
• Guide the client through the closing process: sign the purchase agreement, and provide construction updates until key handover.

🎓 **Requirements:**
• 1+ year of sales experience in real estate or high-ticket luxury goods/services.
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills: these are $500k+ transactions requiring patience and trust-building.
• Basic knowledge of real estate transactions: escrow, closing costs, and financing structures.
• Impeccable grooming and confident, professional communication.
