π₯ **HVAC & Heating Systems Sales Consultant (B2B/B2C)**
π’ **About Us:** A premier engineering plumbing and heating supply store in Minneapolis, MN, is hiring a Sales Consultant. We design and install heating systems for private homes, commercial buildings, and municipal facilities (gas boilers, solid fuel, heat pumps, radiators, underfloor heating). We have our own in-house installation crew.
βοΈ **Core Responsibilities:**
β’ Consult walk-in and phone customers: select the right heating solution based on square footage, fuel type, and budget.
β’ Perform technical equipment selection: calculate boiler capacity based on heat loss, size radiators and underfloor loops.
β’ Generate estimates for private homes: equipment specs + consumables + estimated installation labor.
β’ Manage B2B contractor relationships: send commercial bids, negotiate bulk project orders.
β’ Process sales documentation: invoices, contracts, warranty registrations.
β’ Coordinate with the Installation Team: hand off projects, verify material completeness before dispatch.
β’ Handle warranty claims and post-sale client support.
π **Requirements:**
β’ Technical aptitude or a strong desire to learn: understanding of ΞT, boiler piping, buffer tanks, and dual-circuit systems.
β’ 1+ year of sales experience in technical goods (HVAC, plumbing, building materials, electrical).
β’ Ability to draft a basic technical scope of work for the installation crew.
β’ Patience and empathy: homeowners take weeks to make heating decisions.

β’ Target Salary: $65,000 USD base + personal sales commission (Winter season OTE $85k+).
β’ Full-time, on-site role in our Minneapolis, MN showroom (MonβSat).
