🏢 **About Us:** A major supplier of parts for tractors, excavators, loaders, and heavy machinery in Minneapolis, MN, is hiring an Inside Sales Rep. We stock filters, hydraulics, undercarriage, and engine components for John Deere, Case, Komatsu, Caterpillar, and more. Spring planting season drives massive demand, and we need to scale our phone sales team.

📞 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Handle inbound phone and email inquiries: customers will provide machine models, describe failures, or give part numbers.
• Cross-reference parts using OEM catalogs (TecDoc, manufacturer portals): verify part numbers, suggest aftermarket alternatives, and check warehouse stock.
• Consult on compatibility: ensure a specific filter group fits a particular engine variant.
• Generate quotes and negotiate payment/shipping terms (LTL freight, expedited shipping).
• Track orders: monitor warehouse dispatch and keep the customer informed.
• Manage the CRM: log interactions, execute repeat sales, and send seasonal procurement reminders.

🎓 **Requirements:**
• Technical aptitude or prior experience with auto/heavy/ag equipment parts.
• Ability to read parts catalogs and identify components from descriptions or schematics.
• Clear, calm phone presence—customers are often stressed because their machines are down.
• Quiet home office space with stable internet.

• Target Salary: $52,000 USD base + volume bonuses (Spring season OTE $65k+).
