🏢 **About Us:** A leading technical regulation and certification center in Austin, TX, is hiring an Inside Sales Rep for our remote team. We help manufacturers and importers secure FDA clearances, ISO certifications, UL listings, and environmental compliance docs required to sell products in the US and EU markets.
🏭 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Process inbound leads: clients ask "what do I need to sell this product?" You assess the product type, target market, and existing docs to formulate a proposal.
• Sell certification packages: 100% production audits, batch testing, or single-unit evaluations. Match the client's situation to the optimal compliance pathway.
• Manage the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce): log all inquiries, assign tasks to the technical engineering team, and track SLA deadlines.
• Guide the client to document issuance: collect technical specs, photos, and formulations, then hand off to the lab.
• Drive renewals: certifications expire in 1-3 years. Proactively remind clients and initiate the renewal process.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• 1+ year of B2B sales experience; willingness to learn regulatory compliance frameworks (we provide training).
• Crisp, professional written communication.
• Ability to juggle 15-25 active clients across various pipeline stages simultaneously.

• Target Salary: $55,000 USD base + commission on closed deals.
