🏢 **About Us:** A premier building materials distributor in Dallas, TX, and exclusive supplier for major national manufacturers, is hiring a Key Account Manager. We are expanding our footprint across new commercial and residential construction sites in the region. We need a seasoned B2B pro who knows how to work with general contractors and private developers from the inside out.

🏗️ **Core Responsibilities:**
• Manage existing accounts: negotiate with procurement departments, monitor current shipments, and resolve logistics bottlenecks.
• Hunt for new business: monitor new construction permits, visit job sites, meet with foremen and chief engineers, and pitch our materials (solid brick, AAC blocks, premium plasters, and adhesives).
• Prepare custom commercial proposals and specifications aligned with project blueprints.
• Negotiate delivery schedules and credit terms within company policy.
• Manage accounts receivable: send payment reminders and escalate overdue invoices to finance.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Warehouse: build mixed truckloads and crane-unloading schedules, ensuring on-time delivery.

🎓 **Requirements:**
• 1+ year of wholesale sales experience in building materials, steel, or finishes.
• Strong technical orientation: understand concrete grades, frost resistance, and coverage rates per sq. ft.
• Proficient in ERP/CRM systems.
• Ability to defend pricing against aggressive competitors and maintain calm persistence with debtors.
