🏢 **About Us:** A major food and beverage distributor in Chicago, IL, holding exclusive contracts with four top-tier domestic manufacturers (dairy, snacks, confectionery), is hiring a Regional Sales Director. We are undergoing a massive commercial restructuring, shifting to a data-driven distribution model via field agents and direct regional chain contracts.

📊 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Lead a team of 8 Route Sales Reps and 2 Field Supervisors covering the greater Chicagoland area.
• Decompose the monthly sales plan down to the individual rep level and track daily execution.
• Ride-alongs and joint visits: coach the team in the field, demonstrate negotiation tactics, and personally close complex deals with large wholesalers and regional supermarket chains.
• Analyze the SKU matrix across channels (convenience, grocery, HoReCa) and rotate focus products based on seasonality.
• Manage accounts receivable: approve credit limits for new partners and handle overdue accounts.
• Calculate and negotiate retro-bonuses for retail chains and participate in supply tenders.
• Report to the CCO: monthly performance, new client velocity, and Share of Shelf metrics.

🎓 **Requirements:**
• 2+ years of FMCG sales management experience.
• Deep understanding of retail chain dynamics and distributor operations.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Pivot) and a love for data.
• Ability to maintain team momentum without toxic pressure, staying calm during month-end closing rushes.
