🍬 **Field Sales Representative (FMCG / Confectionery)**
🏢 **About Us:** A premier confectionery manufacturer in Denver, CO, is hiring a Field Sales Rep with a personal vehicle. Our product line (cookies, wafers, candies, seasonal gift sets) needs to be on the shelves of every grocery store and coffee shop in the region. We need a "visual seller" who knows how to approach independent store owners.
🚗 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Execute daily routes (15–20 stops): from small kiosks to supermarkets and cafes.
• Collect orders, present new products, and pitch seasonal promotions.
• Execute merchandising: build displays per planogram, control Share of Shelf, and deploy POS materials.
• Monitor expiration dates: rotate stock (FIFO) and process returns for expired goods.
• Manage accounts receivable: collect cash on-site and negotiate payment terms.
• Build warm relationships with store owners and resolve on-the-spot disputes.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• Must own a reliable vehicle (fuel and depreciation fully reimbursed).
• 1+ year of field sales experience, ideally in FMCG.
• Neat appearance, strong communication skills, and the ability to calculate ROI for the client on the spot.
