📦 **Head of B2B Packaging Sales**
🏢 **About Us:** A premier packaging manufacturing company in Toronto, ON, producing cardboard and plastic packaging for the food industry, is hiring an experienced Sales Leader. Our clients include large food processors, poultry producers, confectionery manufacturers, and logistics centers.
🏭 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Develop the sales strategy, analyze the market, identify new opportunities, and lead tender submissions.
• Work with large food manufacturers, conduct high-level negotiations, and close framework agreements.
• Coordinate custom orders with the production floor, controlling lead times and shipment schedules.
• Manage accounts receivable, negotiate payment terms, and set credit limits.
• Lead the sales team: set targets, monitor the pipeline, and train staff on technical product specs.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience (packaging industry is a massive plus).
• Ability to read packaging drawings, understand the difference between micro-corrugated and standard board, and sell value over price-per-thousand.
• Strong leadership and strategic negotiation skills.
