🏢 **About Us:** A leading Canadian distributor and official dealer for top global power tool brands is hiring a Sales Department Manager. We supply construction vacuums, rotary hammers, screwdrivers, and diamond drilling equipment to construction companies, industrial firms, and tool retailers.
🏗️ **Core Responsibilities:**
• Lead the sales strategy and track performance against regional targets.
• Work with construction companies and dealers: negotiate contracts and propose complete fleet solutions (battery platforms, service terms, technician training).
• Manage receivables, credit limits, and overdue accounts.
• Coordinate with the Service Center to ensure warranty repairs are fast and reliable.
• Monitor the market, track competitor pricing, participate in trade shows, and launch new brands.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• 3+ years of experience in tool, equipment, or heavy B2B sales.
• Ability to understand technical specifications, read drawings, and know how construction sites operate.
• Proven track record of building long-term partnerships and leading a sales team.
