• Manage and grow our brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Develop monthly content calendars and write engaging, on-brand copy.
• Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts).
• Engage with our community in DMs and comments, building brand loyalty.
• Source, negotiate, and manage collaborations with influencers and brand ambassadors.
• Analyze social metrics and optimize content strategy based on performance data.
🎯 **What We Are Looking For:**
• 1+ years of experience as an SMM Manager or Content Creator in fashion/lifestyle.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok algorithms, and current social trends.
• Proficiency in mobile videography and editing apps (CapCut, Premiere Rush, etc.).
• Creative mindset, excellent copywriting skills, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, in-office team environment.
