🔄 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Design, build, and launch automated trigger flows and regular promotional campaigns in Klaviyo.
• Segment the customer database to deliver highly personalized messaging.
• Develop lifecycle email chains aimed at increasing Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
• Analyze key metrics: Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Revenue per Email.
• Collaborate with designers on email creatives and A/B test subject lines and content.
• Integrate email strategies with broader CRM and retention initiatives.
🎯 **What We Are Looking For:**
• 2+ years of experience in Email Marketing or CRM Retention.
• Expert proficiency in Klaviyo and advanced segmentation.
• Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of Excel/Sheets.
• Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on conversion and brand voice.
