📲 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Build highly targeted custom and lookalike audiences in Meta Ads Manager.
• Develop detailed creative briefs for designers (static banners and video ads).
• Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns using CBO/ABO and advanced bidding strategies.
• Implement and track Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and UTM parameters.
• Scale winning campaigns and manage retargeting funnels to maximize ROAS.
• Analyze campaign data, test hypotheses, and prepare detailed client reports.
🎯 **What We Are Looking For:**
• 2+ years of agency experience managing Meta and TikTok Ads.
• Expert knowledge of Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, and attribution tracking.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to scale campaigns profitably.
• Excellent collaboration skills for working with design and client teams.
• Creative, highly responsible, and eager to master new social ad formats.
