🤝 **Affiliate Marketing Manager (CPA/RevShare)**
🏢 **About Us:** We are a leading performance marketing and iGaming/e-commerce network based in London, working with global traffic sources and premium offers. We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to expand our partner network and optimize traffic quality.
💰 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Source, onboard, and nurture webmasters, arbitrage teams, and media buying agencies.
• Negotiate partnership terms: CPA rates, RevShare %, traffic caps, and exclusive top-performer deals.
• Monitor daily traffic quality: track CR, FTD, EPC, and chargeback rates; actively detect and mitigate fraud/shave.
• Optimize converting links: analyze GEOs, landing pages, funnels, and run A/B tests alongside the marketing team.
• Manage tracker dashboards (Voluum, Binom, Keitaro), reconcile data, and process affiliate payouts.
🎯 **Candidate Requirements:**
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, CPA networks, or media buying.
• Strong grasp of performance KPIs (EPC, CR, ROI, LTV) and ability to derive insights from stats.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills and familiarity with at least one major tracking platform.
• Proficient English for professional correspondence with international partners.
• Highly responsible, proactive, and driven by performance-based incentives.
