🏢 **About Us:** We are a fast-growing D2C e-commerce brand in Toronto, selling curated lifestyle products across Canada and North America. We need a strategic Influencer Marketing Manager to build authentic brand partnerships and drive measurable sales through creator collaborations.
🤝 **Key Duties:**
• Identify and vet relevant creators, micro-influencers, and macro-creators across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Lead outreach, negotiate contract terms, and secure high-ROI content licensing and integration deals.
• Manage the creative process: provide brand guidelines, review content, and ensure timely, on-brand deliverables.
• Track and analyze campaign performance: monitor reach, engagement rates, CTR, and direct conversion attribution.
• Manage influencer budgets, optimize platform allocation, and coordinate closely with the broader marketing team.
🎯 **What We Are Looking For:**
• 2+ years of dedicated experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or digital PR.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube algorithms and creator economies.
• Strong negotiation skills, analytical mindset, and proven ability to measure campaign ROI.
• Excellent communication, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
• Eager to scale a creator program for a rapidly growing e-commerce brand.
