• Develop creative event concepts, themes, and comprehensive run-of-show documentation.
• Source and negotiate with premium venues, catering companies, AV teams, decorators, and speakers.
• Manage event budgets, track expenditures, and ensure strict ROI compliance.
• Coordinate on-site logistics: vendor load-in, guest registration, stage management, and real-time troubleshooting.
• Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring seamless communication and flawless execution.
🎯 **Your Background:**
• 2+ years of professional experience in corporate event planning, brand activations, or agency production.
• Proven vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
• Strong project management, budget control, and crisis resolution capabilities.
• Highly creative, exceptionally organized, and thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and confident client-facing presence.
