🚀 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Launch and optimize paid campaigns across TikTok Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Test new creatives, hooks, and media buying strategies; rapidly scale winning angles.
• Manage daily ad spend, monitor core metrics (CTR, CR, ROAS, CPA), and cut underperforming traffic.
• Work with anti-detect browsers, proxies, and ad accounts to ensure smooth moderation and scaling.
• Collaborate with creative teams to iterate high-converting UGC and static assets.
🎯 **Who We Need:**
• 1+ years of proven experience as a Media Buyer in affiliate marketing or performance ads.
• Deep expertise in TikTok Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads ecosystems.
• Strong analytical skills: ability to read campaign data, identify bottlenecks, and optimize for profit.
• Comfortable working with anti-detect tools, trackers, and fast-paced testing environments.
• Highly responsible, self-motivated, and driven by uncapped profit-sharing models.
