📈 **Key Responsibilities:**
• Execute LinkedIn lead generation campaigns: targeted outreach, Sponsored Content, and Lead Gen Forms.
• Plan and host high-converting webinars, virtual roundtables, and thought leadership events.
• Set up and optimize targeted paid ads to capture high-intent B2B audiences.
• Develop compelling sales decks, case studies, and whitepapers to support ABM initiatives.
• Manage CRM data hygiene, track MQL-to-SQL conversion, and align closely with the Sales team.

🎯 **Requirements:**
• 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing.
• Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, webinar platforms (Zoom/WebinarJam), and CRMs (HubSpot/Salesforce).
• Strong analytical skills and proven ability to generate and nurture qualified B2B leads.
• Excellent communication, presentation skills, and a collaborative mindset.
• Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to scale B2B growth channels.
