• Monitor in-store execution, ensure planogram compliance, and audit visual merchandising standards.
• Analyze promo effectiveness: track sell-out velocity, basket size growth, and ROI per activation.
• Coordinate with sales reps, category managers, and key retail partners to align trade spend with business goals.
🎯 **Who You Are:**
• 2+ years of experience in trade marketing, retail merchandising, or FMCG brand management.
• Deep understanding of POS strategy, retail operations, and shopper marketing principles.
• Strong analytical skills to measure campaign impact and optimize trade budgets.
