🗓️ **Career Journey:** I am an event professional organizing corporate gatherings ranging from intimate team-building retreats to large-scale conferences (up to 300 attendees). I started in 2017-2019 as an Event Assistant in an agency, handling logistics and vendor tables. In 2019, I transitioned to independent event management, and since 2021, I have been the in-house Event Manager for a product-driven IT company.
📋 **Day-to-Day Focus:**
1. End-to-end production of conferences, corporate parties, and team-building events.
2. Sourcing and negotiating with vendors: venues, catering, AV teams, photographers, and talent.
3. Calculating and controlling event budgets, securing executive approval prior to execution.
4. Creating detailed run-of-show timelines and coordinating all departments on the day of the event.
5. Gathering post-event feedback and conducting ROI and satisfaction analysis.
