🏢 **About Us:** A modern and dynamic manufacturing plant specializing in eco-friendly packaging materials for the food and pharmaceutical industries is seeking a responsible Shift Supervisor. We need a proven leader who can effectively coordinate the team and ensure the uninterrupted production of high-quality goods.

👷 **Core Responsibilities:**
1. Plan, organize, and coordinate the daily operations of a production shift comprising up to 25 employees.
2. Ensure strict adherence to daily and monthly production targets regarding volume and product mix.
3. Enforce compliance with technological processes and internal quality standards at every stage of packaging.
4. Monitor equipment condition, react swiftly to technical breakdowns, and coordinate with the maintenance department.
5. Guarantee strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations, fire safety, and industrial hygiene.
6. Manage primary production documentation, raw material consumption reports, and defect tracking.
7. Maintain labor discipline and actively participate in the onboarding and training of new shift workers.

🎓 **Requirements:**
1. Higher or specialized technical education (Mechanical Engineering or Packaging Technology preferred).
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role (Shift Supervisor, Master, or Team Lead) in a manufacturing environment.
3. Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to make rapid decisions in non-standard situations.
4. Proficient PC user (experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is a strong advantage).
