🔧 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Write, edit, and load CNC programs directly from the machine controller or via the local network.
• Setup and operate CNC milling and turning machines (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas), select cutting tools, and align workpieces.
• Machine complex parts according to blueprints and tech cards (working with various steel alloys, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals).
• Continuously monitor geometric dimensions using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges).
• Replace worn inserts and adjust cutting parameters to ensure optimal surface finish.
• Monitor coolant levels and perform basic preventive maintenance (cleaning chips, lubricating guideways).
📐 **Requirements:**
• Technical degree (CNC Operator/Setup Mechanic) or equivalent vocational training.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience operating or setting up CNC milling/turning machines.
• Ability to read complex mechanical blueprints and understand GD&T (tolerances and fits).
• Knowledge of cutting tools from leading manufacturers (Sandvik, Walter, Kennametal).
