🍬 **Food Production Shift Supervisor (Confectionery)**
🏢 **About Us:** A large confectionery factory with a rich history and state-of-the-art equipment is hiring an energetic and responsible Shift Supervisor. We produce premium sweets and are constantly expanding our production capacity.
👨🍳 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Organize the uninterrupted operation of confectionery and packaging lines during the shift.
• Monitor production plan execution and distribute tasks among packers and machine operators.
• Ensure strict compliance with FDA food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and internal quality controls.
• Track raw material usage, auxiliary materials, and monitor production waste/scrap levels.
• Coordinate interactions between production crews, maintenance, and the finished goods warehouse.
• Complete shift reports, logging equipment metrics and any line downtime.
📋 **Requirements:**
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Food Technology or Quality Management preferred).
• 1+ year of supervisory experience in food or packaging manufacturing.
• Understanding of packaging equipment mechanics and food safety standards (HACCP, GMP).
• Strong organizational skills, stress resilience, and team leadership capabilities.
