📦 **Warehouse Packer & Sorter (Medical Devices)**
🏢 **About Us:** A modern, European-class logistics complex in Indianapolis specializing in the storage and distribution of high-quality medical devices and equipment is hiring Packers/Sorters.
🏥 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Sort medical products by category, batch, and expiration date according to shipping manifests.
• Carefully pack products into cardboard boxes, shrink wrap, and specialized protective packaging.
• Apply labels, barcodes, and shipping address stickers to packed boxes.
• Scan labels using wireless RF data collection terminals to update the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Inspect packaging integrity, identify damaged goods, and process defect reports.
• Stage prepared pallets in the shipping zone and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
📋 **Requirements:**
• High attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus throughout the shift.
• Neatness, discipline, and physical ability to perform moderate physical labor.
• Basic computer/smartphone skills (experience with RF scanners is a strong advantage).
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively within a team.
