🏢 **About Us:** A modern waste recycling complex and eco-logistics center in Denver is hiring a Conveyor Belt Operator for the secondary raw material sorting and pressing lines.
⚙️ **Core Responsibilities:**
a) Operate and ensure the uninterrupted function of belt conveyors in the sorting and baling sections.
b) Adjust the material feed speed onto the conveyor belt based on the current sorting line load.
c) Continuously monitor belt tension, track wear, and prevent side-slipping or tearing.
d) Regularly clean rollers, drive drums, and tension drums from industrial dust, dirt, and foreign objects.
e) Conduct visual inspections of idlers, bearing units, and drive belts during the shift.
f) Swiftly identify faults and participate in preventive maintenance and repair work.
📋 **Requirements:**
a) Vocational/technical education (Locksmith-Mechanic, Conveyor Operator, or similar).
b) Basic knowledge of belt conveyor mechanics, reducers, and electric motors.
c) Willingness to work in an industrial sorting environment (noise, dust).
d) High self-discipline, attentiveness, quick reaction to anomalies, and strong responsibility.
