🪟 **Vinyl Window Assembly Shift Supervisor**
🏢 **About Us:** A modern, European-class fenestration manufacturing plant in Atlanta is hiring a qualified and responsible Shift Supervisor for our PVC window and door assembly lines. We are the regional leader in glazing for residential and commercial projects and continuously modernize our shop floor.
👷♂️ **Core Duties:**
• Organize and coordinate the daily operations of PVC welders, assemblers, and glazing technicians.
• Monitor adherence to the technological process: corner welding, profile cleaning, hardware installation, and glass unit sealing.
• Conduct selective and final quality control on weld seams, frame geometry, and IGU (Insulated Glass Unit) hermeticity.
• Ensure the shift meets production targets while minimizing scrap and optimizing raw material usage.
• Enforce OSHA safety rules, quality standards, and labor discipline among shift personnel.
• Compile and submit daily shift reports on output volumes, equipment status, and material consumption.
📋 **Requirements:**
• Vocational or higher technical education (Mechanical Engineering or Construction preferred).
• 2+ years of supervisory experience (Shop Master, Team Lead, or Shift Supervisor) in vinyl/aluminum window manufacturing.
• Deep understanding of PVC and aluminum fenestration production technologies.
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, high standards, and stress resilience.
