Our modern plant in Cincinnati meets all international environmental and safety standards.
🧴 **Core Duties:**
• Directly manage the shift production staff, assigning tasks to machine operators and packers.
• Monitor the operation of automated filling, dosing, and labeling lines for liquid and powder household chemicals.
• Ensure the uninterrupted supply of empty plastic containers, corrugated boxes, and labels to the conveyor.
• Conduct quality checks on finished goods: seal integrity, cap torque, and date-code print clarity.
• Swiftly identify and clear minor packaging equipment jams; coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
• Enforce strict adherence to technological protocols, OSHA safety rules, and PPE usage.
• Compile shift reports on raw material usage, packaging consumption, and finished goods output.
📋 **Requirements:**
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience as a Shift Supervisor, Shop Master, or Senior Line Operator in FMCG manufacturing.
• Understanding of automated and semi-automated filling and labeling equipment mechanics.
• Strong organizational skills, team leadership, high discipline, and demanding standards.
