🏢 **About Us:** A major domestic enterprise specializing in the production of premium sanitary and hygiene products (paper towels, facial tissues, toilet paper, cotton pads) is hiring Packaging & Sorting Operators. Our modern factory in Green Bay features automated converting lines and offers excellent working conditions.
📦 **Core Duties:**
• Operate directly on the high-speed packaging line for finished sanitary and hygiene products.
• Sort toilet paper rolls and tissue packs by grade, color, and packaging quality.
• Wrap paper products in polyethylene film and individual branded packaging per technological standards.
• Inspect the heat-seal seams on poly packs and the integrity of multipack bundling.
• Pack finished units into large corrugated cases and build transport pallets.
• Apply informational labels, barcodes, and stickers to cases and pallets.
• Swiftly reject defective products from the line (crushed rolls, torn packaging, smudged print).
📋 **Requirements:**
• Good physical condition, quick reflexes, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to handle monotony.
• Willingness to learn and work at the intensive pace of a converting production line.
• Prior experience as a packer, sorter, or stacker is an advantage (we also hire and train beginners).
