📦 **Stationery & Office Supplies Packer**
🏢 **About Us:** A major distribution enterprise handling wholesale and retail supply of office, school, and art supplies is hiring Packers for our warehouse team. Our distribution complex is located in Indianapolis, IN.
⚠️ **Important Note:** While our HR portal may list this role with a "remote" tag for administrative convenience (e.g., filling out digital timesheets, processing electronic shipping manifests, or coordinating logistics via the web portal), the actual picking, packing, and kitting work is 100% physical and requires your daily, on-site presence at our modern warehouse in Indianapolis.
📋 **Core Duties:**
• Fully assemble orders based on paper and electronic pick tickets.
• Swiftly and neatly pack pens, pencils, notebooks, albums, and other stationery into corrugated boxes.
• Apply high-quality stickers, labels, and barcodes to boxes before dispatch to clients or freight carriers.
• Inspect product integrity prior to packing and verify order quantity accuracy.
• Stage packed goods in the shipping zone according to logistical routing.
• Maintain order and cleanliness at your packing station and the warehouse floor throughout the shift.
📋 **Requirements:**
• Good motor coordination, fast hand movements, neatness, attention to detail, and strong responsibility.
• Ability to perform prolonged, repetitive physical tasks on your feet and lift moderate weights.
• Prior warehouse or packaging experience is a strong advantage (we also provide full training).
