🧃 **Head Beverage Technologist (Juice & Nectars)**
🏢 **About Us:** A modern plant producing natural juices, nectars, and baby food, equipped with advanced European fruit processing, pasteurization, and aseptic packaging lines, is hiring a highly qualified Head Beverage Technologist. Our factory is located in Orlando, FL.
⚠️ **Important Note:** The "remote" system tag is solely for digital recipe documentation, reporting, and supplier coordination. The actual role requires your direct, constant presence on the production floor and in the laboratory in Orlando to control quality and manage the technological process.
🔬 **Core Duties:**
• Enforce strict adherence to technological recipes and standards during juice and beverage manufacturing.
• Conduct incoming quality analysis of fresh fruits, berries, vegetables, and concentrated purees.
• Setup, launch, and monitor automated pasteurization, sterilization, and Tetra Pak aseptic filling lines.
• Develop new products, expand the assortment, and refine flavor profiles.
• Control the sanitary state of production equipment; oversee CIP (Clean-In-Place) washing and maintain control logs.
• Organize and coordinate shift workers, conducting safety and food hygiene briefings.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• Degree in Food Technology (specialization: canning, preservation, or fermentation).
• 3+ years of experience as a Technologist or Lead Technologist in juice, beverage, or baby food production.
• Knowledge of pasteurization, aseptic processes, and modern packaging/heat-exchange equipment mechanics.
• Understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, SQF) and proven experience implementing them.
