👷♂️ **Core Duties:**
• Monitor and ensure the uninterrupted operation of the automated dry gypsum/plaster production line.
• Directly oversee the operation of calcination kilns, raw material ball mills, and dosing complexes.
• Effectively manage the shift production staff: conveyor operators, control panel operators, and packers.
• Control the execution of the established shift production plan regarding volume and product quality metrics.
• Swiftly resolve technical and organizational issues, coordinating with plant maintenance services.
• Ensure personnel compliance with safety rules, fire safety, and occupational health requirements on the line.
• Maintain shift reporting documentation, monitor raw material, additive, and packaging consumption.
📋 **Requirements:**
• Vocational or higher technical education (Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Technology preferred).
• 2+ years of experience as a Shop Master, Shift Supervisor, or Team Lead at an industrial plant.
• Understanding of technological processes for calcination, milling, transport, and packaging of dry bulk materials.
• High organizational skills, responsibility, demanding standards, and ability to react swiftly to emergency situations.
