Description
A premier residential mechanical contractor in Denver, CO, is hiring a Residential HVAC & Plumbing Installer. We build custom luxury homes in the foothills, and our systems need to be as reliable as they are efficient.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Running PEX and copper water lines, ensuring proper insulation against freezing.
- Installing high-efficiency furnaces, AC condensers, and ERV/HRV systems.
- Assembling and brazing refrigerant lines, performing pressure tests, and pulling vacuums.
- Setting cast iron or ABS drain lines with proper slope and venting.
- Connecting final fixtures, gas lines, and commissioning the systems for the homeowner.
We require at least 2 years of residential experience. You must be comfortable in crawl spaces and attics, and possess a solid understanding of Colorado mechanical codes. We pay $70,000 USD annually, offer a quarterly bonus structure, and provide a company truck with a gas card. Work is strictly on-site in the Denver metro area.
