OUR TEAM:
We are a 24/7 emergency property maintenance company serving the commercial and multi-family sectors in Calgary. We need a 24/7 Emergency Maintenance Plumber who thrives under pressure and can think on their feet when a basement is flooding at 2 AM.
YOUR DUTIES:
- Dispatching to commercial sites to shut off mains, extract water, and perform temporary or permanent repairs.
- Snaking and hydro-jetting main sewer lines to clear severe blockages and root intrusions.
- Replacing broken valves, failed water heaters, and burst copper lines in tight mechanical rooms.
- Documenting the damage, parts used, and providing a detailed report to the property manager.
- Advising tenants on immediate safety measures until a full repair can be scheduled.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years in commercial plumbing or emergency services.
- Deep understanding of backflow preventers, sump pumps, and commercial boiler systems.
- Ability to work a rotating shift pattern (e.g., 24 hours on, 48 hours off).
- Strong customer service skills, as you will be dealing with stressed property owners.

- $65,000 CAD base salary, plus premium pay for night and weekend call-outs.
