Description
We are a leading rendering and plastering contractor in Warsaw, handling large-scale facade and interior plastering for major developers. We are looking for a Machine Plastering Operator & Rendering Specialist to run our equipment and lead a small application team.
⚙️ Operating and maintaining plastering pumps (e.g., PFT G4, m-tec), ensuring continuous material flow.
⚙️ Mixing cementitious and gypsum-based renders to the exact consistency required for machine application.
⚙️ Applying the base coat and setting screeds/guides to ensure perfectly plumb and square walls.
⚙️ Troweling and floating the applied material to achieve the specified texture (smooth, scraped, or roughcast).
⚙️ Cleaning and flushing out the hoses and pumps at the end of each shift to prevent material buildup.
You must have at least 1 year of experience operating plastering machines. You should understand the chemical properties of different mixes and how weather conditions affect curing times. We offer €55,000 EUR per year, paid weekly based on square meters applied. We provide all machinery, PPE, and materials. This is a physically demanding, strictly on-site role in Warsaw.
