Our advanced manufacturing facility in Berlin is looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrician to keep our production lines running at peak efficiency. We produce precision automotive components, meaning our CNC machines, robotic welding cells, and automated assembly lines cannot afford downtime. In this role, you will respond to equipment breakdowns, troubleshoot complex electrical faults in 400V 3-phase systems, and perform preventative maintenance on motors, drives, and PLC panels. You will be working with Siemens and Allen-Bradley controls, reading intricate ladder logic diagrams, and using multimeters and oscilloscopes to pinpoint issues. Additionally, you will install new machinery, pull cables, and ensure all electrical work complies with VDE standards and internal safety protocols.
The ideal candidate holds a completed apprenticeship as an Industrial Electrician (Industrieelektriker) or equivalent, with at least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing setting. You must possess a strong understanding of sensor technology, pneumatic/solenoid valves, and motor control centers. A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently during your shift are crucial.
We offer a salary of €60,000 EUR per year, plus shift allowances and an annual performance bonus. You will enjoy 30 days of paid vacation, a company pension scheme, and subsidized meals in our canteen. This is a shift-based role (early, late, and night shifts) requiring your physical presence at our plant in the Marzahn-Hellersdorf district of Berlin.
