Our specialist facade division in Dublin is delivering some of the most architecturally striking commercial and residential buildings in Ireland. We are looking for a Facade & Cladding Site Manager to take charge of our exterior envelope packages. This role is perfect for a seasoned construction professional who understands the intricate details of modern building skins and can drive a project to a high-quality finish.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the facade installation, coordinating the delivery and rigging of unitized curtain wall panels, and overseeing the installation of rainscreen cladding systems. You will manage the subcontractors, ensure the scaffolding and MEWPs are used safely, and conduct rigorous quality inspections to ensure all seals, brackets, and thermal breaks are installed correctly. Liaising with the main contractor, architects, and client representatives to resolve technical queries on the fly will be a key part of your day.
We require a candidate with a degree in Construction Management or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience specifically managing facade or cladding packages on large-scale projects. You must have a deep understanding of building physics, air/water tightness testing, and Irish building regulations. Strong leadership skills and the ability to maintain a safe, productive site culture are mandatory.
We offer a salary of €65,000 EUR per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package including a company car or allowance, health insurance, and a pension contribution. This is a strictly on-site role at our major projects across Dublin, requiring your physical presence to manage the complex logistics and installation processes.
