I’ve been managing construction sites for over twelve years, transitioning from a hands-on foreman to a full-time superintendent overseeing multi-million-pound developments. I thrive in the chaos of an active site, keeping subcontractors aligned, schedules tight, and quality high.
My early career (2012–2017) was spent with a major UK housebuilder, where I managed the groundworks and superstructure for large residential estates. I learned how to deal with clay soils, deep drainage, and strict NHBC standards. From 2017 to present, I’ve been working as a freelance superintendent for commercial fit-out and new-build projects across London. I’ve managed sites with up to 60 tradesmen, coordinating complex MEP first fixes, enforcing CDM regulations, and running weekly OAC meetings. I’m highly proficient in Asta Powerproject and Procore.
I hold a degree in Civil Engineering and my SMSTS and First Aid certifications. I’m looking for a permanent Site Manager role in London. I’m targeting £75,000 plus a car allowance, and I’m ready to commit to a long-term project.
