Renovating existing spaces, especially in historic buildings, requires a delicate balance of demolition, structural reinforcement, and high-end finishing. I’ve spent the last eight years managing complex residential renovations, ensuring that modern luxury meets existing architectural charm.
Between 2015 and 2019, I worked for a general contractor specializing in heritage home restorations in Dublin. I managed the stripping out of old plaster, the installation of steel beams to open up floor plans, and the coordination of bespoke joinery. Since 2019, I’ve been running my own small crew, focusing on premium apartment conversions and high-spec kitchen installations. I handle the entire project lifecycle, from initial surveying and material procurement to the final snagging and handover. I’m deeply familiar with Irish building regulations and fire safety standards for multi-dwelling units.
I have a strong network of reliable sub-contractors and my own transit van. I’m seeking a Foreman position with an established fit-out company in Dublin. I expect €60,000 annually and am available for full-time site work.
