I’ve been managing construction sites for over a decade, transitioning from a hands-on carpenter to a full-time foreman overseeing multi-million-dollar developments. I thrive in the chaos of an active site, keeping subcontractors aligned, schedules tight, and quality high.
My early career (2012–2017) was spent with a major Canadian homebuilder, where I managed the groundworks and superstructure for large residential estates. I learned how to deal with clay soils, deep drainage, and strict building codes. From 2018 to present, I’ve been working as a freelance foreman for commercial fit-out and new-build projects across the GTA. I’ve managed sites with up to 40 tradesmen, coordinating complex MEP first fixes, enforcing safety regulations, and running weekly OAC meetings. I’m highly proficient in reading blueprints, using Procore for daily logs, and managing project schedules.
I hold a degree in Civil Engineering and my OSHA/Ministry of Labour safety certifications. I’m looking for a permanent Site Superintendent role in Toronto. I’m targeting $85,000 CAD plus a car allowance, and I’m ready to commit to a long-term project.
