A major distribution center in Dallas, TX, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate for our finished goods facility. Our modern logistics hub spans over 85,000 sq. ft., processing up to 500 pallets of FMCG/CPG goods daily. Speed, accuracy, and safety are our top priorities.
📋 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Inbound Receiving: Verify pallet counts, inspect packaging integrity, and match physical goods against Bills of Lading (BOL) and WMS manifests.
• Putaway & Slotting: Use RF scanners to log receipts and place inventory in designated bin locations using ABC analysis (fast-movers near shipping docks).
• Order Picking: Assemble pallets for retail network distribution using voice or RF-directed picking.
• Inventory Control: Conduct daily cycle counts and assist in monthly full physical inventories.
• System Operations: Operate the WMS (Warehouse Management System) for data entry, label printing, and reporting.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• Prior experience in a high-volume warehouse or distribution center.
• Proficiency with RF scanners (Zebra/Honeywell) and WMS software.
• Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, reach trucks) — certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
