📋 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Route Execution: Receive daily drop lists via our mobile app, including delivery windows and special instructions (e.g., "call 10 mins prior" or "walk-up to 5th floor").
• Loading & Navigation: Safely load packages (up to 35 lbs) into your vehicle, optimize routes via GPS, and navigate efficiently.
• Customer Handoff: Obtain customer signatures, process cash/card payments on the mobile POS, and provide excellent service.
• Issue Resolution: Report undeliverable packages, incorrect addresses, or unresponsive customers to the dispatch team.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Monitor fuel levels, tire pressure, and basic vehicle upkeep.

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle.
• Smartphone with data plan to run the delivery app.
