Your mission is to ensure a seamless logistics chain and high customer satisfaction.
📋 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Order Intake: Process inbound requests from the website and phone lines, clarifying delivery specifics.
• Route Optimization: Assign orders to couriers based on real-time GPS location, vehicle capacity, and traffic conditions.
• Fleet Monitoring: Track delivery statuses in the CRM/TMS, ensuring SLAs and ETAs are met.
• Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and claims (damages, delays), process returns, and de-escalate conflicts.
• Reporting: Generate daily reports on completed deliveries, courier performance, and fuel expenditures.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• 1+ years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or a high-volume call center.
• Proficiency with routing software, CRM systems, and multi-line phones.
• High stress tolerance and excellent multitasking abilities.
