We produce artisanal sweets under our own brand, so every package represents our face to the consumer. The work isn't heavy lifting, but it demands fast hands, sharp eyes, and the ability to keep the line's rhythm.
📋 **Core Responsibilities:**
• Line Feeding: Arranging products neatly on the conveyor belt without skewing the flow.
• Quality Control: Rejecting and removing packages with broken seals or torn wrappers.
• Labeling: Verifying production dates and expiration codes on every carton.
• Palletizing: Stacking cartons into corrugated shippers and staging them for the warehouse.
• Defect Removal: Pulling broken cookies or misshapen candies before they enter the wrapper.
🎓 **Requirements:**
• Ability to maintain a steady pace; if one person falls behind, the whole brigade feels it.
• Punctuality, focus, and the ability to handle monotonous tasks without losing concentration after 3 hours.
• Mandatory: Food Handler Certificate (or willingness to obtain one at our expense).
